Hizb ut-Tahrir partiet som vill avskaffa demokrati och mänskliga rättigheter

Per Gudmundsson har sedan några år varnat på sin blogg för att det rasistiska, radikalt islamistiska och antidemokratiska partiet Hizb Ut Tahrir håller på att etablera sig i Sverige. Både direkt och genom frontorganisationer. Med tanke på att de sprider ideer om att demokratin bör avskaffas är det dags att varna för dem.

Det må än så länge vara en liten sekt, men sekten har börjat samla en hel del folk till sina evenemang i Sverige.

Detta parti kan lättast kännas igen på att de för en högljudd propaganda för något de kallar ”det muslimska kalifatet”, nämligen tanken på en muslimsk stat (med huvudstad i Syrien) och på att de anser att demokrati och yttrandefrihet inte är värderingar som är förenliga med islam. De talar föraktfullt om icke muslimer (använder den rasistiska generaliseringen ”kuffar”). De har länge uttalat sig föraktfullt om judar och partiet förbjöds i Tyskland 2003 pga sitt judehat.

Dessutom har partiet globalt sett ett brinnande hat mot muslimer som tror på demokrati och individuell frihet, de är avfällingar i deras ögon.

Partiets syn på världen är dualistisk, det är gott och ont, svart och vit. Lätta och enkla svar på alla frågor om livet. Antingen tror man att deras syn på islam är den rätta, eller så är man en anhängare av västs system. Dessutom har de en extrem bokstavstrogen syn på religion där man antingen tror på deras version av den absoluta sanningen, eller så är man fördömd för alltid.

De håller på att etablera sig i Sverige. I veckan skrev Gudmundsson:

Den 19 augusti hölls en blygsam Eid-fest i Stockholmsförorten Husby där partiet uppgavs som arrangör. Men den 14 oktober slår man på stort. Då håller Hizb ut-Tahrir Skandinavien sin årliga kalifatskonferens – och enligt annonseringen blir Stockholm en av arenorna (huvudparten av konferensen hålls i Köpenhamn). Därmed bli partiets närvaro i svensk offentlighet fastslagen.

De har, förutom fester och aktiviteter i frontorganisationer, också  hållit demonstrationer i Stockholm.

En av arrangörerna till Hizb ut-Tahrirs svenska evenemang, Lway Al-Maeni, sade i ett anförande vid ett av evenemangen att det anfall som dödade Usama Bin Ladin var en ”våldtäkt” på islam, och att införandet av demokrati och mänskliga rättigheter likaså var en ”våldtäkt” på muslimer. Samme man står som ordförande för KTH Muslimska studenter, en medlemsförening i den breda paraplyorganisationen Sveriges Unga Muslimer.

Gudmundsson har tidigare citerat vad Lway Al-Maeeni sa om det förhatliga väst vid ett evenemang tidigare i år:

”De har attackerat oss och därefter sugit vårt blod. De har våldtagit oss, både fysiskt och mentalt.

De har våldtagit oss fysiskt, i och med att de kommer in i våra länder med deras pansarvagnar, med deras flygplan, och de kommer in och dödar vem som helst, som fallet var med Usama Bin Laden. De gick in i den islamska världen – de gick in i Pakistan – de våldtog vår auktoritet, och de brydde sig inte.

De har våldtagit oss, såsom ordet säger, våldta. Våra systrar, våra småbarn. Och det är det som deras ‘lösning’ för oss muslimer är.

De har även våldtagit oss mentalt, i och med att de infört tankar som demokrati och som de mänskliga – förnedrande – rättigheterna. De tvingar oss att tro på en tanke som inte är en tanke som kommer att befria oss. Wallahi, det som Väst kommer med kommer aldrig att befria oss.

Partiet håller än så länge en ganska låg profil med sitt hat mot demokratin i Sverige. Anledningen är att de flesta muslimer i Sverige anser att demokrati och islam är förenligt. Därför kan man inte organisera upp stöd genom att betona detta för mycket.

Men precis som Lway Al-Maeeni säger är partiet mot demokrati.

Demokratihat

För att förstå detta, och vilken fara denna extremistiska grupp utgör bör man gå till deras egna källor och läsa. Partiet döljer inte att de är mot demokrati. I både nationella och internationella hemsidor varnar de för demokrati och påstår att islam är oförenligt med både demokrati och mänskliga rättigheter. Det finns tusentals artiklar och sidor på nätet där de direkt visar att de hatar demokrati. In March and April 2002, Hizb Ut Tahrir handed out leaflets in a square in Copenhagen, and at a mosque. The leaflet, which also appeared on the Danish groups internet site, makes threats against Jews, using a quote from the Koran urging Muslims to ‘kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have been turned you out.’ The leaflet also said, ‘The Jews are a people of slander…a treacherous people… they fabricate lies and twist words from their right context.’ And the leaflet describes suicide bombings in Israel as ”legitimate” acts of ”Martyrdom”. What is really heart-breaking is to have individuals supposedly in the camp of Islam, like the leaders of al-Nahda Movement, participating in the attempt to deceive the Muslims and pushing them to sacrifice their lives for the sake of executing the plans of the Kuffar, such as their attempt to dilute the wholesome Islam with the squalor of Kufr by calling for the so-called “liberal Islam”. Nevertheless, what is heart-warming and promising for the Ummah is for the public addresses to be delivered and to have banners in the streets of the Tunisian capital during the marches saying “no to capitalism and no to democracy, yes to al-Khilafah”. The Ummah is desperately looking for solutions while Hasina continuously warns people against any undemocratic rule. The drama will continue till the imperialists decide on a solution, or the US makes a deal with any of the parties and brings it to power or it decides on something else. And then the same drama is repeated. Democracy will never solve people’s problem as the political system does not come from the belief this Ummah holds. The true irony for those hell bent on global regime change such as David Cameron is that the NOTW has exposed the democratic political system as being nothing more than a tool in the hands of the corporate elite. The lessons from the last week or so are clear; democracy and western liberalism are not ideas upon which to build a society. Despite the political rhetoric the Muslim world has no need for a corrupted, immoral system such as liberal democracy. As for Capitalism, it is built upon the basis of separating religion from life. This idea constitutes its Aqeedah, its intellectual leadership and its intellectual principle. According to this intellectual principle, man formulates his own system in life; also, it is imperative to preserve man’s freedoms, namely the freedom of creed, the freedom of expression, the freedom of ownership and the personal freedom. The Capitalist economic system arose out of the freedom of ownership; hence, it became the most prominent feature in this ideology and the most significant outcome of this ideology’s doctrine. Thus, this ideology was named the Capitalist ideology, as a form of naming something by its most prominent feature.

As for democracy, which has been adopted by this ideology, it stems from the feature of man laying his own system. Hence, the nation is the source of authority. The nation designs the systems, hires the ruler to govern it and takes away the authority from the ruler whenever it wants. The nation lays down the regime it chooses for him because ruling is a contract between the people and the ruler to rule according to the system that people lay down…

In other words, the Kafir West who carries the Aqeedah of misguidance says that sovereignty belongs to the people, and referred to it as democracy, while we as Muslims believe that sovereignty is exclusively for the Shari’ah; hence, it is a struggle between Kufr and Islam and between Kuffar and Muslims.

The most perilous of these slogans is that of Human Rights which America had adopted in the late seventies, during Carter’s term of office… According to America and the rest of the Western countries, Human Rights means the freedom of creed, the freedom of expression, the freedom of ownership and personal freedom. Personal freedom is the most repugnant aspect of these freedoms for, according to them, it means that man is free to choose the behaviour he wishes, such as being homosexual or fornicating or taking intoxicants and the like; he undertakes and forsakes whatever he wants, thus debauchery is a moral constitution amongst the followers of this ideology. Om man läser i det halvofficiella forumet för partiet så kan diskussionen se ut så här i demokratiforumet. Här är några få exempel kring om demokrati ska vara tillåtet eller inte. Notera att partiet anser att alla muslimer som är för demokrati är förrädare i deras ögon.

Democracy by defination is that the people rule themselves by themselves which means that the sovereignity belongs to the people which again means that the people legislate. It is the polititical manifestation of the capatalist ideology and it implies the separation of religion from state. The origin of democracy started long time ago, after the church was controlling every things,the intellectuals at that time was not happy with the situation and the end result was a confrontation between the two which ended in the separation between the religion and the state.In islam the situation is fundamentally,totally and absolutely different,in islam the sovereignity belongs only to Allah who is the only one who has the right to legislate. The political system of islam is the khilafah(there is no islam without the khilafah and no khilafah without islam)

In the khilafah the sovereignity belongs to Allah and the authority belongs to the ummah, which will choose one of its son as a khalifa and give him the baia to rule by islam. It will obey him so long he rules by islam,if he does not they will not obey him. There are many mechanisms to check the khalifa, including the ummah, the consultive assymbly and the court of unjust cause ect.The khalifa can stay in his position so long he rules by islam,if he deviates and does not correct himself, he will be removed by the court of unjust cause.

Whilst it is true that there is a contradiction and gap between the general public perception of democracy (people ruling themselves) and the reality (corporations making or breaking candidates), I’m thinking we shouldn’t necessarily make that the basis of our discussion, ESPECIALLY with Muslims. With non Muslims, it can be pointed out to show they believe in something contradictory in nature (to help break their delusions about it being the best system around), but with Muslims, they need to understand that belief in democracy is wrong whether ultimate control is with the corporations or even if it is truly in the control of the people- it is still inherently wrong. (Källa)

True. Politics is major part of Islam. I guess those who pick and choose fards and happy with personal rituals should know that it is the sunnah of the cursed jews and christians to pick and choose what they want. Lets not forget the other corrupt kufr concepts such as FREEDOM and Human rights that they trying to portray to muslims as if that is some kind of an islamic concept and sell it under the banner of democracy. (Källa)

In islam Allah is the legislator, and therefore as people know it being a complete way of life means we get all our rules from allah. This also includes the political structure which is also based upon the islamic aqeedah and therfore implements only the rules of allah.

Secularism was based upon the devide between religion and politics and therefore god has no place in ruling. As a result demoracy becmae their political framework, and is clearly defined as the rule of the people for the people by the people. This is the only understanding of democracy as it is the reality of the word.

The rule of the people and by the people means that allah is not the legislator it is what the people choose. Even if majority of people were to select aspects of islam in this structure would not make the structure islamic or justify its participation as the structure still allows kuffr to come in.

Therefore an idea which is kuffr, which then has a system based upon this kuffr idea, are two of the same. the system cannot be seperated from the idea.

this is the premise people have to accept before we go on. There is a good thread on the forum about democracy which clearly highlights democracy as kuffr and has no place in islam any one who believes in democracy is contradicting clear cut ayats of the quran.

To establish whether voting is halal or haram you need to seperate the intention of the people and look to the rule. People give emotional arguments as to why it should be participated in (i.e standing up for our rights etc). this is a dangerous premise as its reaffirming the criteria of benefit which is the kuffar view point in life and not that of muslims. It is not befitting for a believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Apostle, to have any option about their decision: if any one disobeys Allah and His Apostle, he is indeed on a clearly wrong path.

From this it should be clear that there is no other deen acceptable to Allah SWT, other than ISLAM!

hence, participating in democracy, whether that is by voting, lobbying the MP or by any other means, is clearly HARAAM! so there is punishment for any HARAAM action which is committed. (Källa)

As the kuffar and its agents continue there ideological attack on islam and its values, one of there tactics to get muslims to adopt there values is through promoting human rights and Islam being compatible and for those who have no shame even suggest human rights came from Islam.

Human rights, freedom, equal opportunity employer all these are capitalistic concepts which clearly contradict islam, and their main purpose is to close the holes in the capitalist ideology. Human rights has no link to Islam,as brother Romia explained it comes from the capatalist ideology which promotes human rights promotes man is free to do what he wants and make his own choices so if he chooses to be a gay thats his right and no one can say anything. In Islam there is no such thing. It goes down to a Muslim being a slave of the creator and does whatever his master orders him to do. He does not live his life according to how he likes. When a Muslim says the shahadah he has given up his freedom away.  It’s true due to not using the right words Muslims can easy be fooled. En disclaimer. Om du generaliserar om islam bara för att det finns galna islamister som kallar sig muslimer, placerar du dig på samma nivå som Hizb ut-Tahrir som generaliserar om otrogna kuffar.
